摘 要:在整体叶盘盘铣开槽过程中,铣削力大和铣削温度高对刀具磨损造成不利影响。不合理的刀具结构不仅会降低刀具寿命,也影响切削效率。为了优化刀具结构,设计V1.0和V2.0两种不同的刀片来进行一系列对比试验,利用聚焦离子/双束系统观察刀片的磨损和破损形貌,并测量后刀面磨损增长量,利用ABAQUS软件分析V1.0刀片和V2.0刀片的受力情况。试验结果表明,V2.0刀片相比于V1.0刀片可有效改善粘刀、崩刃和磕刀现象,刀具寿命显著提高,而且V2.0刀片更换更方便快捷,刀片利用率提高50%以上。The great milling force and high milling temperature are produced during slotting by disc milling,which has an adverse effect on tool wear.Unreasonable tool structure will not only reduce the tool life,but also affect the cutting efficiency.In order to optimize the tool structure,inserts of type V1.0 and V2.0 are designed to conduct the comparison experiments.The worn and damaged appearances of the inserts are observed with focused ion/double beam system,the flank wear growth is measured,and the stress condition is analyzed with ABAQUS software.The experiment results show that,when the V2.0 insert is compared with the V1.0 insert,the phenomena of sticking,tipping and bumping can be reduced greatly,the tool life can be extended noticeably,and more convenient and faster replacement of inserts can be attained,the insert utilization rate can be also increased by more than 50%.
