摘　　要：CNC车床加工弹性极高的成形橡胶会出现啃刀和锯齿形表面等问题。本文从工序划分、加工线路制定和切削要素等方面,介绍了CNC车床对成形橡胶进行形状尺寸改变的再加工应用,给出了针对性解决措施,提高了加工精度。CNC lathe processing of high elasticity of formed rubber,there will be gnawing knife,serrated surface and other problems.The reprocessing application of CNC lathe to change the shape and size of formed rubber from the aspects of working procedure division,processing circuit formulation and cutting elements are introduced,and gives the corresponding measures to improve the machining accuracy.
