摘　　要：目的探讨高原地区CT引导下经皮穿刺肺结节的应用价值.方法选取进行CT引导下经皮肺结节穿刺活检的98例患者,对术后影像资料及病理结果进行回顾性分析.结果98例肺活检96例穿刺成功(97.96%),其中恶性肿瘤66例,良性30例,失败2例;98例穿刺活检后32例出现并发症(32.65%),其中气胸14例,肺实质内出血13例,咯血4例,胸腔内出血1例.结论高原地区CT引导下经皮肺结节穿刺活检定性诊断价值高,在掌握好适应证和并发症的前提下安全性高,值得在高原地区推广。Objective To explore the value of CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary nodule biopsy in high altitude area.Methods 98 patients who underwent CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary nodule biopsy were selected,the postoperative imaging data and pathological results were analyzed retrospectively.Results 96 out of 98 cases(97.96%)of pulmonary nodules were successfully biopsied,among which 66 cases were malignant,30 cases were benign and the remaining 2 cases were unsuccessfully biopsied.32 cases(32.65%)had complications after biopsy with 14 cases of pneumothorax,13 cases of intraparenchymal hemorrhage,4 cases of hemoptysis and 1 case of intrapleural hemorrhage.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary nodule biopsy has high value in qualitative diagnosis and it is safe as long as indications and complications are concerned,which is worth popularizing in high altitude area.
