摘 要:目的 研究相位编码方向在女性盆底MR检查屏气T1 WI轴位成像上的应用价值.方法 选择20例临床诊断为盆底功能障碍的女性患者,于Valsalva动作末屏气进行2次T1 WI轴位扫描,第1次设置相位编码方向为前后位,第2次设置相位编码方向为左右位.计算出卷褶伪影的出现率.卷褶伪影、盆底结构显示、整体图像质量进行1~5评分.评分结果 行Wilcoxon符号秩检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果 在相位编码方向为左右位时,卷褶伪影的出现率明显减少,卷褶伪影、盆底结构显示与整体图像质量评分平均数都在4分以上.前后位相位编码方向与左右位相位编码方向评分结果 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在行女性盆底MR检查屏气T1 WI轴位成像时,选择相位编码方向为左右位,可以有效地消除卷褶伪影,提高图像质量.Objective To investigate the application value of phase coding direction in breath-holding T:WI axial of the female pelvic floor MR.Methods Twenty female patients diagnosed as pelvic floor dysfunction clinically were included in the study.Two breath-holding T1 WI axial scans were performed at the end of Valsalva's maneuver.For the first time,the direction of phase coding was from anterior bit to posterior bit(AP).The second time,the direction of phase coding was from left bit to right bit(LR).The.occurrence rate of fold-over artifact was recorded.The fold-over artifact,pelvic floor structure display and overall image quality were scored as 1-5.The parameters were compared by Wilco.ron symbolic rank test.When P<<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results When the phase coding direction was LR,the occurrence rate of fold-over artifact was significantly reduced.And the average scores of the fold-over artifact,pelvic floor structure display and overall image quality were more than 4 points in LR group.The difference between the scores of AP and LR scans were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of left to right phase coding direction can effectively eliminate fold-over artifact and improve image quality in female pelvic floor T WI axial imaging.
