江西宜丰某含锂瓷石矿工艺矿物学特征及利用建议

摘　　要：含锂瓷石是一种理想的陶瓷原料,矿石中含有锂、铷、铌钽等稀有金属元素,具有重要的经济价值。本文对江西宜丰某含锂瓷石开展了工艺矿物学研究,该含锂瓷石为钠长石化白云母花岗岩,K_(2)O 3.60%、Na_(2)O 4.28%、Al_(2)O_(3) 15.63%、Fe_(2)O_(3) 0.17%,可作为建筑陶瓷加工的原料;矿石中含有Li_(2)O 0.51%,主要分布在云母中,建议开展云母中Li的综合回收;建议加强瓷石资源的整合和综合利用,促进相关产业的可持续发展。Lithium-bearing porcelain stone is an ideal ceramic raw material.The ore contains lithium,rubidium,niobium tantalum and other rare metal elements,which has an important economic value.In this paper,the process mineralogy of a lithium containing porcelain stone in Yifeng,Jiangxi province is carried out.The research shows that:The lithology of Li-containing porcelain stone is natritization muscovite granite,with the content of K_(2)O 3.60%,Na_(2)O 4.28%,Al_(2)O_(3) 15.63% and Fe_(2)O_(3) 0.17% in the ore,which can be used as the raw material for building ceramics processing,Li is mainly distributed in mica,the comprehensive recovery and utilization of Li in lithiummica can be carried out.It is recommended to strengthen the integration and comprehensive utilization of porcelain stone resources to promote the sustainable development of related industries.
