摘 要:医院绩效考核是评估医务工作者工资的重要指标,也是评定医务工作者任务完成情况以及工作态度的标准,随着新医改的不断深入,医疗服务行业市场存在着激烈的竞争,医院若想进一步提高核心竞争力,就必须攻克绩效改革的重点难点,完善医院各项绩效管理机制。通过提高完善医院绩效考核制度间接提升医院整体医疗质量水平及医疗服务满意度水平,从而使医院获得高质量的社会信誉。该文以医院绩效改革的难点为切入点,针对重点、难点问题提出解决方案并给出调整对策,为促进医院的可持续发展奠定基础。Hospital performance appraisal is an important indicator for evaluating the salary of medical workers,and it is also a standard for assessing the completion of tasks and working attitudes of medical workers.With the continuous deepening of the new medical reform,there is fierce competition in the medical service industry market.To further improve the core competitiveness,it is necessary to overcome the key and difficult points of the performance reform and improve the various performance management mechanisms of the hospital.By improving and perfecting the hospital’s performance appraisal system,it indirectly improves the hospital’s overall medical quality and medical service satisfaction level,so that the hospital can obtain high-quality social reputation.This article takes the difficulty of hospital performance reform as the starting point,proposes solutions to key and difficult problems and gives adjustment countermeasures,and lays the foundation for promoting the sustainable development of the hospital.
