摘　　要：目的探究PIVAS基于微信平台推送静脉输液方案的应用效果。方法利用微信新媒体平台,将住院患者静脉输液药物的详细信息由静配中心服务器将患者信息(微信号)通过医院网关发送到微信平台,平台获取用户APPID,静配中心服务器将患者用药信息通过医院网关和微信平台,推送到患者的手机终端。结果该院住院患者对PIVAS的满意度有所提升,满意度从开展前的86.5%提升至现在的93.5%。结论通过微信推送静脉用药输液方案,开拓药学服务新领域。提升住院患者治疗依从性,提高患者治疗的满意度,提升医院品牌形象。Objective PIVAS pushes the application effect of intravenous infusion program based on WeChat platform.Methods Using the WeChat new media platform,the detailed information of intravenous infusion drugs for inpatients is sent from the static dispensing center server to the patient information(WeChat account)through the hospital gateway to the WeChat platform.The platform obtains the user APPID,and the static dispensing center server passes the patient's medication information through the hospital gateway and WeChat platform are pushed to the patient’s mobile terminal.Results The satisfaction of the inpatients in the hospital with PIVAS has increased,from 86.5% before the launch to 93.5% now.Conclusion Push the intravenous drug infusion program through WeChat to open up a new field of pharmaceutical services,which improves the treatment compliance of inpatients,improves the satisfaction of patients with treatment,and enhances the brand image of the hospital.
