新生儿接种乙肝疫苗的管理效果探析

摘　　要：目的探讨健康宣教在新生儿接种乙肝疫苗中的效果。方法选取该科2017年6月—2019年4月的160名新生儿作为研究对象,随机分组,对照组(n=80)家长接受常规疫苗管理,观察组(n=80)接受健康宣教管理及疫苗规范化管理,对比两组的依从性、首针接种及时率、监护人知识知晓率及管理满意度。结果管理后观察组的接种依从性显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组首针接种及时率98.75%,监护人知识知晓率95.00%,对照组首针接种及时率88.75%,监护人知识知晓率85.00%,前者显著高于后者,且观察组具有较高的管理满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿接种疫苗事件实施健康宣教管理及疫苗规范化管理能够有效提高家长疫苗知识知晓率,从而提升其接种依从性及首针接种及时率,同时,还可提高管理满意度。Objective Discuss the effect of health education on neonatal hepatitis B vaccine.Methods 160 newborns admitted in the department from June 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into groups.Parents of the control group(n=80)received routine vaccine management,and parents of the observation group(n=80)received health education management,and standardized vaccine management.The compliance,the time rate of first dose vaccination,the awareness rate of guardian knowledge and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After management,the observation group's vaccination compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's first injection time rate was 98.75%,guardian knowledge awareness rate was 95.00%,and the control group's first injection vaccination time rate was 88.75%,guardian knowledge awareness rate was 85.00%.The former was significantly higher than the latter,and the observation group had higher management satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health promotion and education management and standardized management of vaccines for newborn vaccinations can effectively increase parents'awareness of vaccine knowledge,thereby improving their vaccination compliance and the timely rate of first dose vaccination.At the same time,it can also increase management satisfaction.
