摘 要:目的探究在进行消毒供应中心眼科器械护理管理时,应用集中处理分析对眼科器械消毒合格率造成的影响。方法将实验时段设置为2019年10月—2020年3月,随机调选出其中60件消毒供应中心内眼科器械作为实验组,开展集中处理。记录时间段2019年4—9月中的眼科器械60件作为对照组,采用常规分散式手工清洗。在所有器械清洗完成后由医务人员对器械的消毒合格率进行记录,同时统计医护人员在应用器械过程中的满意度,评价两组器械在应用期间出现的感染事件发生率。结果实验组器械的消毒合格率为98.33%以及医护满意度为93.33%,相较于对照组器械的85.00%和71.67%来说明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.982、9.755,P<0.05),但实验组器械的感染发生率3.33%低于对照组的18.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.988,P=0.008)。结论眼科器械在应用完成后,进入消毒供应中心采用集中处理方式进行清洗,其清洗质量以及清洗方式相较于传统的分散式清洗来说更具优势,能够有助于提高眼科器械的清洗质量,能够有效降低眼科患者的治疗感染事件发生率。Objective To explore the impact of centralized processing analysis on the qualification rate of ophthalmic instruments in the care management of ophthalmic instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods The experimental period was set from October 2019 to March 2020,and 60 cases of ophthalmic instruments in the disinfection supply center were randomly selected as the experimental group for centralized treatment.The 60 cases ophthalmic devices recorded from April to September 2019 were used as the control group,and they were cleaned by conventional decentralized manual cleaning.After all the instruments were cleaned,the medical staff would record the disinfection qualification rate of the instruments,and at the same time,the satisfaction of the medical staff during the application of the instruments was counted,and the incidence of infection incidents during the application of the two sets of instruments was evaluated.Results The sterilization qualification rate of the experimental group's instruments was 98.33% and the medical care satisfaction rate was 93.33%,compared with 85.00% and 71.67% of the control group's instruments was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.982,9.755 P<0.05),but the infection incidence 3.33% of the equipment in the experimental group was lower than 18.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.988,P=0.008).Conclusion After the application of ophthalmic instruments is completed,they enter the disinfection supply center and adopt a centralized treatment method for cleaning.Compared with the traditional decentralized cleaning,the cleaning quality and cleaning method have more advantages and can help improve the cleaning quality of ophthalmic instruments,can effectively reduce the incidence of infection incidents in the treatment of ophthalmology patients.
