消毒供应中心骨科外来手术器械的管理及效果探究

摘　　要：目的探究在进行消毒供应中心骨科外来手术器械管理时应用强化管理的效果,分析对医院感染控制造成的影响。方法该研究将实验时段设置为2019年4—10月,在该院中随机抽选200例骨科外来手术器械作为研究样本录入实验中命名为实验组,该组选择强化管理方案,另外选择2018年5—12月手术骨科外来手术器械200例作为对照组,进行常规护理方案进行管理,对比两组手术骨科外来手术器械消毒合格率、感染发生率、医护满意度。结果实验组骨科外来手术器械的消毒合格率以及医护满意度相较于对照组骨科外来手术器械来说明显更高,但实验组手术器械的感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心骨科外来手术器械的管理应用强化管理,能够促使骨科外来手术器械的清洁与包装等多项操作更加的规范和专业化,且能够提高物品灭菌率,值得大范围的推广和应用。Objective To explore the effect of strengthening management in the management of external surgical instruments in the department of orthopedics in the disinfection supply center,and to analyze the impact on hospital infection control.Methods In this study,the experimental period was set from April to October 2019.200 cases of orthopedic foreign surgical instruments were randomly selected from the hospital as research samples and entered in the experiment and named as the experimental group,this group chose the enhanced management plan.In addition,200 cases of surgical orthopedic foreign surgical instruments from May to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and routine nursing programs were administered to compare the disinfection pass rate,infection incidence rate,and medical satisfaction of the two groups of surgical orthopedic foreign surgical instruments.Results The sterilization qualification rate and the satisfaction of medical care of external orthopedic surgical instruments in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,but the infection rate of surgical instruments in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The strengthening management of the management and application of external surgical instruments in the Orthopedics Department of Disinfection Supply Center can promote the cleaning and packaging of external surgical instruments in the Department of Orthopedics to be more standardized and professional,and can increase the sterilization rate of items.It is worthy of widespread promotion and promotion.application.
