腹针结合中药序贯疗法治疗肾气虚型黄体功能不全性不孕症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察腹针结合中药序贯疗法治疗肾气虚型黄体功能不全(LPD)不孕症患者的妊娠率、性激素水平及子宫内膜的改善效果。方法肾气虚型黄体功能不全性不孕症患者50例,随机分为中药组与针药组。中药组口服中药,针药组采用腹针结合中药治疗,共观察治疗6个月经周期;检测两组患者激素水平变化,测量基础体温,超声观察子宫内膜厚度、最大卵泡直径。结果治疗后两组患者雌二醇和孕酮水平均较治疗前升高,泌乳素水平较前下降,基础体温较治疗前积分增加,子宫内膜相比治疗前均有所增厚、最大卵泡直径增大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与中药组对比,针药组的变化更显著(P<0.05),两组疗效和妊娠率比较,针药组相比中药组有优势(P<0.05)。结论腹针结合中药序贯疗法能够调节激素水平,改善基础体温,增加子宫内膜厚度及最大卵泡直径,提高妊娠率。Objective To observe the effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine sequential therapy on pregnancy rate,sex hormone level and endometrium of Kidney qi deficiency type infertility patients with luteal insufficiency(LPD).Methods 50 cases of Kidney qi deficiency type infertility patients with luteal insufficiency were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and acupuncture medicine group.The Chinese medicine group was treated with oral Chinese medicine,while the acupuncture and medicine group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for a total of 6 menstrual cycles;the hormone levels of the two groups were detected,the basic body temperature was measured,and the endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter were observed by ultrasound.Results After treatment,E2 and P levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment,PRL level was decreased compared with before treatment;the basal body temperature,the endometrium of the patients in the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were thickened and the maximum follicle diameter of the two groups increased compared with that before treatment;(P<0.05),and the acupuncture and medicine group had more significant changes than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group,the acupuncture group had an advantage on pregnancy rate and efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy can regulate hormone level,improve basal body temperature,increase endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter,increase pregnancy rate.
