摘 要:燃料电池在运行过程中会遇到大量输出功率波动工况,尤其是作为车用主电源时,因路况变化,电机工作电流有可能大幅度波动,导致电池工作温度变化和性能波动。构建燃料电池工作电流与热场分布相关性模型,深度研究两者间的关系很有必要。在Matlab/Simulink的仿真环境中,对燃料电池活性物质输入流场、电化学反应、生成物移除过程进行模拟仿真,依据气体通道内流速、压降与燃料物性参数构建模型,分析内部温度场与功率输出关联性。仿真结果表明温度场变化与工作电流呈现显著相关性。During the operation of fuel cell,there will be a large number of output power fluctuation,especially when it is used as the main power supply for vehicles.Due to the change of road condition,the operating current of motor may fluctuate greatly,resulting in the change of operation temperature and performance of fuel cell.It is necessary to build the correlation model between the operating current and the thermal field distribution of fuel cells and study the relationship between them.In the simulation environment of Matlab/Simulink,the input flow field of active substances,electrochemical reaction and product removal process of fuel cell were simulated.According to the flow velocity,pressure drop and fuel physical parameters in the gas channel,the model was built,and the correlation between the internal temperature field and power output was analyzed.The simulation results show that there is a significant correlation between the temperature field and the operating current.
