摘  要:基于5 kW固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)独立发电系统,考虑其高阶复杂非线性的特性,设定部分变量为常值进行简化,从系统的分布式参数控制、SOFC模型的温度分层动态分析及层次降阶方面进行分析,设计了面向控制的SOFC系统级降阶模型,并进行了仿真,测试了4温度层、3温度层、2温度层三种不同模型的输出特性。仿真结果表明SOFC系统级降阶模型具有建模简单和精度高的优点,研究结果对SOFC燃料电池独立发电系统的建模和控制具有一定的实用价值。The 5 kWsolid oxide fuel cell system(SOFC)is a high-order and non-linear complex system.Part variables were set as constant to simplify this system.Through the analysis of distributed parameter control,temperature layers of SOFC model and layers reduction,a control-oriented reduced-order model was designed and simulated.The output performances of the systems with four temperature layers,three temperature layers and two temperature layers were tested,respectively.The simulation results show that the reduced-order model of SOFC system has the advantages of simply modeling and high precision.The research results have certain practical value for the modeling and control of SOFC fuel cell independent power generation system。
