摘　　要：目的编制慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗知信行量表并检测其信效度。方法以知信行理论为框架,根据文献回顾、半结构化访谈、德尔菲法专家咨询及小样本测试形成量表初稿,预调查209名患者对量表初稿进行项目分析和因子分析,选取190名患者对量表进行信效度评价。结果正式量表由3个维度34个条目组成,总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.952,各维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.897~0.936,折半信度为0.870。量表平均内容效度指数为0.956,条目水平内容效度指数为0.833~1.000;探索性因子分析中累计方差贡献率为58.745%;各维度与量表总分的相关系数为0.680~0.931(P<0.05);各条目得分与各维度得分的相关系数为0.684~0.812(P<0.05);中文版服药信念特异性问卷与本量表中态度维度得分的相关系数为0.761(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗知信行量表具有良好的信效度,可作为我国慢性乙肝患者规范抗病毒治疗行为的测评工具之一。Objective To develop a scale about antiviral therapy for patients with chronic hepatitis B,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the theory of knowledge,attitude and practice,the draft scale was formulated by literature review,semi-structured interview,Delphi expert consultation and small sample test.A preliminary survey of 209 patients was conducted for item analysis and factor analysis of the draft of the scale.190 patients were selected to evaluate its reliability and validity.Results The formal scale consists of 3 dimensions and 34 items.The Cronbach’s coefficient was 0.952 for the total scale,and each dimension ranged from 0.897 to 0.936.The split-half reliability was 0.870.The mean content validity index of the scale was 0.956,and the item content validity index ranged from 0.833 to 1.000.Exploratory factor analysis results showed that the contribution rate of variance was 58.745%.The correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total score of the scale was 0.680-0.931(P<0.05).The correlation coefficient between each item score and each dimension score was 0.684-0.812(P<0.05).The correlation coefficient between the Chinese version of Beliefs about Medicines Questionnaire-Specific and the score of attitude dimension in this scale was 0.761(P<0.05).Conclusion The scale of antiviral therapy for patients with chronic hepatitis B has good reliability and validity.It can be used as one of the evaluation tools to standardize the antiviral treatment behavior of patients with chronic hepatitis B in China.
