摘　　要：本文介绍周仲瑛教授运用抗癌解毒法治疗胆囊癌的临床经验与学术思想。根据其“癌毒”理论,认为正气亏虚是癌毒生发的基础,肝胆瘀滞、痰瘀毒结是癌毒形成的关键;治疗上以抗癌解毒为基本原则,综合运用疏肝利胆、化痰消瘀、调理脾胃、养阴扶正等治法;在组方用药上,重视药效与归经,活用虫类药与通腑药,运用复法大方对疾病进行综合辨治,临床每获良效,并附验案1则。This study introduced Professor ZHOU Zhongying’s clinical experience and academic thought in treating gallbladder cancer with the therapy of anti-cancer and detoxification.According to his“cancer toxin”theory,it was considered that the deficiency of vital-qi was the basis of cancer toxin budding;the stagnation of Liver and Gallbladder,and retention of phlegm and stasis were the key point for the forming of cancer toxin.In terms of treatment,anti-cancer and detoxification method was taken as the guiding principle,methods such as soothing Liver and dredging Gallbladder,resolving phlegm and eliminating stasis,regulating Spleen and Stomach,as well as nourishing yin and strengthening the body should be used comprehensively.In terms of prescription,attention should be paid to efficacy and meridian distribution,the insect and viscera-dredging drugs should be used flexibly,and compound prescriptions should be used in differentiating and treating the disease.The curative effect of the treatment was remarkable,and an experienced case was attached to share with the peers.
