通腑复法在脑病治疗中的临床应用探讨

摘　　要：脑与肠在生理、病理上联系密切,基于“脑肠相通”理论,通腑法是治疗脑病的重要法则,而脑病证候兼夹多变,病机错杂,多采用复合立法,使其相互作用,形成新的功用,增强疗效。根据各病病机的不同,治疗中风、痉证、痫病、痴呆、颤证等,常以通腑法配化痰、滋阴、祛瘀、平肝、清热等法,临床应用时需审证求机,辨证论治。Based on the theory of“brain-intestinal communication”,the brain and intestine are closely related in physiology and pathology,the method of Tongfu(relaxing bowels)is an important law for the treatment of encephalopathy.However,the syndrome of this disease is changeable and the pathogenesis is complex,compound therapy is needed to form new functions and enhance the efficacy.In clinical practice,according to the pathogenesis of different diseases,such as apoplexy,spasm,epilepsy,dementia,tremor syndrome and so on,Tongfu therapy are often used together with resolving phlegm,nourishing yin,removing stasis,quelling Liver-wind and clearing heat.
