平喘颗粒对哮喘慢性持续期患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察平喘颗粒对哮喘慢性持续期患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将确诊的70例患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予平喘颗粒口服,每日3次,每次2袋,对照组给予信必可吸入,每日2次,每次1吸,两组疗程3个月。观察两组的一般状况,治疗后6个月哮喘发作次数、呼吸道感染次数,体液免疫指标IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE,细胞免疫指标CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+的变化。结果:两组治疗后精神、饮食、睡眠、体质状况均明显改善,且治疗组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后6个月哮喘发作次数、呼吸道感染次数较对照组减少(P<0.05);两组治疗后IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE比较,治疗组的IgA、IgG、IgM高于对照组,IgE低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:平喘颗粒可明显提高哮喘慢性持续期患者的免疫功能,值得研究与推广。Objective:To observe the effect of Pingchuan Granule on the immune function of patients with chronic persistent asthma.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(treated with Pingchuan Granules,3 times a day,2 bags each time)and the control group(treated with Xinbike,2 times a day,1 inhalation each time).The course of treatment was 3 months.The general situation,the number of asthma attack,the number of respiratory tract infection,the humoral immune indexes of IgA,IgG,IgM and IgE,as well as the cellular immune indexes of CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+were observed after the treatment in the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the mental,diet,sleep and physical condition of the two groups were significantly improved,and the scores of the treatment group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The numbers of asthma attack and the numbers of respiratory tract infection were less in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM were higher,and the level of IgE was lower in the treatment than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+were significantly improved in the treatment group than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pingchuan Granule can significantly improve the immune function of patients with chronic persistent asthma,which is worthy of further study and clinical promotion.
