摘　　要：中医药在治疗胃食管反流病上具有独特优势,在改善患者临床症状、减少并发症、降低复发率等方面具有显著优势,文章系统综述了胃食管反流病的病名、病因病机和辨证分型,并对近年来中医对胃食管反流病的辨证治疗、经方验方、中成药口服、针灸及基础实验和临床试验进行了归纳总结,提出目前胃食管反流病中医研究存在和急需解决问题。TCM has unique advantages in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)and is effective in improving clinical symptoms,reducing complications and recurrence rate.This study reviewed the disease name of GERD in TCM,the etiology and pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of the disease.The treatment based on syndrome differentiation,classical prescriptions,oral TCM patterned formulas,acupuncture,basic and clinical trials in recent years were summarized in the this study as well.It proposed the problem of the research of GERD in TCM that urgently needs to beresolved.
