摘　　要：培育农业产业链组织新模式、新业态是着力推进现代化农业产业融合发展的风向标。赋能农业产业现代化发展亟需农业产业链组织在品牌价值、产业效益以及链条组织等方面进行提升和延伸。因此,农业产业链组织的健康可持续应紧随国家政策,立足区域资源禀赋,因地制宜,以特色谋发展。鉴于此,顺应农业产业链组织发展趋势,重点应在强链、补链、延链方面围绕政策、技术、组织寻找突破,逐步完善农业产业链组织发展环境,实现价值的创新升级。Cultivating new organization mode, new format and new industry of agricultural industry chain is the wind vane to promote the integrated development of modern agricultural industry. The development of enabling agricultural industry modernization needs the promotion and extension of agricultural industry chain organization in brand value, industrial benefits and chain organization. Therefore, the healthy and sustainable development of agricultural industry chain organization must follow national policy, based on regional resource endowment, and seek development with characteristics according to local conditions. In view of this, we should understand the development trend of agricultural industrial chain organization, focus on the aspects of strong chain, complementary chain and extension chain, and seek breakthroughs in policy, technology and organization, so as to gradually complete the innovation and upgrading of relevant interests and values of agricultural industrial chain organization.
