广西电力市场机制建设成效分析

摘　　要：2014年以来,广西深入推进电力体制改革,电力市场建设整体进展顺利。为及时发掘现有市场问题、进一步谋划好“十四五”广西电力市场改革方向,文章本着客观原则,基于文献调研法开展广西电力市场“十三五”发展成效研究。研究成果表明“十三五”广西电力市场主体格局趋向多元化、市场定价机制初步形成、市场机制和管理体系逐步完善、市场环境得以明显改善,促进了广西社会发展。后续也需进一步关注售电侧健康发展、与现货衔接等重点问题。Since 2014,Guangxi has deeply promoted the reform of power system,and the overall progress of power market construction has been smooth.In order to explore the problems existing in the existing market in a timely manner and further plan the reform direction of Guangxi's electricity market during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,the research on the development effect of Guangxis electricity market during the 13th Five-Year Plan period is carried out based on the objective principle and literature research method.The research results show that the main body pattern of Guangxi's electricity market tends to be diversified,the market pricing mechanism has been initially formed,the market mechanism and management system have been gradually improved,and the market environment has been significantly improved,which has promoted the social development of Guangxi.Further attention should be paid to the healthy development of the selling side and the connection with the spot.
