摘  要:为了研究小型风力发电机叶片被异物覆盖后对启动风速和额定风速的影响,分别在叶片的叶尖、叶中、叶根等不同部位覆盖异物,对启动风速和额定风速进行测量,并用Origin软件作图进行对比分析。结果表明:叶片表面覆盖异物时,会影响风机叶片的气动性能;叶片表面无异物覆盖时,平均启动风速和平均额定风速分别为4.13 m/s和9.1 m/s;当叶尖被异物覆盖时,平均启动风速和平均额定风速分别为8.05 m/s和14.86 m/s;相对于叶中和叶根被异物覆盖而言,叶尖被异物覆盖时的平均启动风速和平均额定风速增量最大,分别达94.9%和63.3%。研究结果可为后续的翼型改进、叶片材料的研制提供参考和依据。In order to study the influence of the small wind turbine blade covered by foreign matters on the start-up wind speed and rated wind speed,the start-up wind speed and rated wind speed of the blade covered with foreign matters at the tip,middle and root of the blade were measured respectively,and the comparative analysis was carried out by using Origin software.The results show that:when the blade surface is covered with foreign matters,the aerodynamic performance of the fan blade will be affected;when there is no foreign matters on the blade surface,the average start-up wind speed and average rated wind speed are 4.13 m/s and 9.1 m/s respectively;when the blade tip is covered by foreign matters,the average start-up wind speed and the average rated wind speed are 8.05 m/s and 14.86 m/s respectively;compared with the middle blade and the root covered by foreign matters,the average start-up wind speed and the rated wind speed increment of the blade tip covered by foreign matters are the largest,reaching 94.9% and 63.3% respectively.The research results can provide reference and basis for subsequent airfoil improvement and blade material development.
