摘　　要：基于建设工程全过程造价管理多阶段、多层次的特点,以及水电工程流域整体规划、梯级开发、建设规模大的行业特点,本着提高工程造价管理水平和投资效益的目的,开发了水电工程全过程造价管理平台。通过平台的应用,可实现水电工程全过程造价管理,并形成PDCA循环管控,以数据驱动决策,实现管理的智能化,提高造价管理水平和效率。Based on the multi-stage and multi-level characteristics of the whole process cost management of construction projects,as well as the industrial characteristics of the basin overall planning,cascade development and large-scale construction of hydropower engineering,in order to improve the level of project cost management and investment efficiency,the whole process cost management platform of hydropower engineering is developed.Through the application of the platform,the whole process cost management of hydropower engineering can be realized,and PDCA cycle control can be formed.Data-driven decision making can realize intelligent management and improve cost management level and efficiency.
