车用层压复合座套面料施胶工艺研究

摘  要:将3种不同性能的织物运用层压复合工艺黏结在一起,使其具备多种功能。采用单因素分析法研究了不同因素下层压织物的性能,得出最优的层压工艺为温度150℃,时间80 s,压力2.0N/cm^(2),TPU热熔胶粉30 g/m^(2)和20 g/m^(2),交联剂KH550浓度2%,浆点法上胶,浆点距离4 mm#结果表明这种新型织物的各项性能较为优异,可以满足汽车座套纺织品的要求。Three kinds of fabrics with different properties were bonded together by laminating composite technology,which made them have many functions.The properties of the fabric under different factors were studied by single factor analysis.The results showed that the optimal process was as follows:laminating temperature 150℃,the laminating time 80 s,the laminating pressure2.0 N/cm2,the TPU hot melt adhesive powder 30 g/m2 and 20 g/m2,the cross linker KH550 concentration 2%,gluing by slurry point method,and the slurry point distance was 4 mm.The results showed that the new fabric had excellent properties and could meet the requirements of automobile seat cover textiles.
