家兔感染豆状囊尾蚴后抗体的消长

摘　　要：为研究感染豆状带绦虫犬排出的虫卵对家兔感染豆状囊尾蚴后抗体水平的影响,将4只家兔分别攻虫卵0个、1000个、2000个、3000个,定期采血,用ELISA方法,检测感染后不同时期家兔体内抗体变化趋势。结果表明,3只感染豆状囊尾蚴的家兔体内抗体逐渐上升,第5周和第6周上升明显,达到了极显著水平(P<0.01)。随着攻虫数量的增加,家兔体内抗体水平逐渐上升。To study the effect of antibody level of rabbits infected with Cysticercus lentiformis,the four rabbits were injected with 0,1000,2000 and 3000 eggs respectively,and the blood samples were collected regularly.ELISA method was used to detect the changing trend of antibodies in rabbits at different periods after infection.The results showed that the antibody in three rabbits infected with Cysticercus lenticularis increased gradually,and was increased significantly in the fifth and sixth week(P<0.01).With the increase of the number of insects,the level of antibody in rabbits increased gradually.
