摘　　要：在我国西北地区,胡麻饼作为一种蛋白饲料,在畜禽生产中的应用比较普遍,为养殖业提供了大量的蛋白饲料。文章主要从胡麻饼的营养特性、优点、注意事项、饲料质量标准和应用等方面进行论述,以期为胡麻饼在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考。As a kind of protein feed,the sesame cake is widely used in livestock and poultry production in northwest China,which provides a considerable amount of protein feed for the breeding industry.This paper mainly discussed the nutritional characteristics of sesame cake,as well as its advantages and precautions as a feed for livestock and poultry,also its feed quality standard and applications,so as to provide a theoretical basis for its application of sesame cake in livestock and poultry production.
