摘 要:本文通过分析以往中高水头电站混流式水轮机组导叶轴颈结构,指出导叶轴颈法兰盘处绕流漏水会对机组的安全稳定运行造成不利影响,并以某水电站为例进行了导叶轴颈绕流漏水量的计算,证实了导叶轴颈法兰盘处绕流漏水量会影响机组停机后的导叶封水效果。为减小导叶轴颈绕流漏水量,提出了三种防止导叶轴颈绕流的密封结构,经综合比较各种结构的优缺点,选定其中一种结构在白鹤滩电站百万机组设计中应用。本文的研究成果可供其他中高水头电站机组设计或检修改造时参考。This paper analyzes the guide vane journal structure of the Francis turbine units of the previous high-middle head hydropower station,finding that the water leakage around the flange plate of guide vane journal will affect the safe and stable operation of the unit.Taking a power station as an example,the amount of water leakage around the guide vane journal is calculated.It is confirmed that it will affect the water sealing effect of the guide vane after the unit is shut down.Three sealing structures are proposed in order to reduce the water leakage,and one of the structures have been applied to the design of the million units of Baihetan Hydropower Station.The research results of this paper can be used as reference for the design or maintenance of other high-middle head power stations.
