摘 要:为治理煤矿岩巷掘进工作面的粉尘危害,以陕煤集团红柳林煤矿岩巷掘进工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟的方法,分别对压入式和抽出式通风条件下的粉尘运移规律进行分析研究,并结合现场生产条件设计了抽出式通风除尘系统。实践表明:掘进机司机处总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘降尘效率分别达到96.01%、92.02%,机尾10 m处总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘降尘效率达到99.06%、97.47%,取得了显著的降尘效果。In order to control the dust hazard in driving face of rock roadway in coal mine,taking Hongliulin Coal Mine of Shanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.,as the engineering background,using the numerical simulation method,the law of dust migration under the conditions of pressure and exhaust ventilation was analyzed and studied respectively,and the exhaust ventilation and dust removal system was designed according to the field production conditions.The practice shows that the removal efficiency of total dust and respirable dust on driving location reaches 96.01%and 92.02%respectively,the removal efficiency of total dust and respirable dust removal at 10 m away from the end of the machine reaches 99.06%and 97.47%respectively,and significant dust removal effect has been achieved.
