摘 要:为了表征HSQR快速螺纹接头上扣后的应力水平及实物性能,对其结构特点进行了分析,并采用有限元分析和实物试验对其进行了研究。结果表明,HSQR快速螺纹接头应力分布状态合理,其实物性能满足2次卸扣3次上扣不粘扣的要求,同时其内压性能、外压性能、连接强度均明显超过API偏梯扣。经油田现场下井应用,HSQR快速螺纹接头对扣容易,相比同规格API偏梯扣下井效率提高了1倍。In order to characterize the stress level and physical properties of HSQR quick running thread joint after fastening,the structural characteristics were analyzed,and the finite element analysis method and physical test method are applied to study the characteristic of HSQR.The results show that the stress distribution of HSQR quick running thread joint is reasonable,and the performance can meet the demands of the twice break-out and three times make-up.Its internal pressure performance,external pressure performance and joint strength all exceed 100%of API BC.The field using of HSQR has demonstrated that HSQR are far more efficient than the same specification API BC.
