摘  要:为了提高弯管内减阻涂层质量,采用自动喷涂设备和高压无气喷涂方式,研究了海虹老人环氧涂料87831在不同的温度、流量、压力及烘干温度条件下,对弯管内减阻涂层质量的影响。试验结果得出:在弯管减阻内涂层施工过程中首先要控制好各施工环节的温度,设定合适的喷涂压力以及与其匹配的小车行进速度,只有从各工序环节严格把关,才能严把产品质量,为后期弯管减阻内涂层施工工艺参数的制定提供参考。In order to improve the quality of drag reducing coating of bend,using automatic spraying equipment and high pressure airless spraying method,the influence of Haihong Laoren epoxy coating 87831 on the quality of drag reducing coating of bend under different temperature,flow rate,pressure and drying temperature was studied.The test results show that:in the construction process of bend drag reduction inner coating,it is necessary to control the temperature of each construction link,set the appropriate spraying pressure and the matching car speed.Only by strictly controlling each process,can the product quality be strictly controlled,which can provide reference for the formulation of the construction process parameters of the internal coating for the later drag reduction of bend.
