摘　　要：简要介绍了国产SEW套管产品的外观尺寸、残余应力、管材强韧性、抗外压挤毁性能、可膨胀性、抗沟槽腐蚀等方面的性能,并与相关现行标准中技术指标要求进行了对比。基于多年的SEW套管产品研发和生产经验,提出了国内SEW石油套管相关标准在标准定位、具体检验项目包括焊缝组织晶粒度的测定、焊缝硬度的测定、焊缝形貌及尺寸以及焊缝沟槽腐蚀要求存在的问题,并给出修订建议。The demestic SEW casing products performances of appearance size,residual stress,pipe strength and toughness,external collapse resistance,expandability and groove corrosion resistance are briefly introduced,and it is also compared with the requirements of technical indexs in relevant current standards.According to the SEW product development and production experience,it is found that there are some problems in the standard positioning and specific inspection items of domestic SEW oil casing standards,including the determination of weld microstructure grain size,weld hardness,weld morphology and size,and problems of weld groove corrosion requirements,and put forward some suggestions.
