摘  要:垃圾空气气化合成气由于N2含量高,使得合成气热值和品质较低。为此,研究了合成气回用作为气化剂对垃圾气化产气的影响。开展了模拟合成气气氛下生活垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)和粉煤灰掺混气化实验。实验结果表明:合成气气氛下,RDF气化产气组分以CO和CO2为主,H2和CH4相对较少;相对空气气化,由于没有N2稀释,可燃组分浓度和热值均更高。粉煤灰加入后,RDF气化合成气产率增加,焦油和焦炭产率下降;粉煤灰能促进RDF气化,增加合成气中CO2和CH4产量,但对CO和H2影响较小;粉煤灰在气化过程中具有催化和载氧的作用。The calorific value and quality of syngas are low due to the high content of N2 in waste air gasification syngas.Therefore,the effect of recycled syngas as gasification agent on gas production of waste gasification was studied.The experiment on the co-gasification of refused derived fuel(RDF)from municipal solid waste and coal ash under simulated syngas atmosphere was researched.The results showed that the RDF gasification gas production components were mainly CO and CO2,while H2 and CH4 were relatively less in syngas atmosphere.Compared to air gasification,the concentration of combustible components and the heat value were higher since there was no dilution of N2.With the addition of fly ash,the yield of RDF gasification syngas increasesd,while the yield of tar and coke decreased.Fly ash could promote the gasification of RDF and increase the production of syngas CO2 and CH4,but has little effect on CO and H2.And the coal ash played a catalytic and oxygen-carrying role in gasification.
