芪贞银翘汤联合坎地沙坦酯治疗对2型糖尿病肾脏疾病患者尿UACR、L-FABP的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨芪贞银翘汤联合坎地沙坦酯治疗对2型糖尿病肾脏疾病患者尿白蛋白/肌酐(UACR)、尿肝脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(L-FABP)的影响。方法:选取2017年12月~2019年6月期间天津市中医药研究院附属医院收治的80例2型糖尿病肾脏疾病患者作为研究对象,根据其治疗方式的不同分为两组,其中对照组(n=38)在常规控制血糖的基础上采用坎地沙坦酯治疗,观察组(n=42)在对照组的基础上加用芪贞银翘汤治疗,两组均治疗24周,比较两组的临床疗效、血糖血压控制效果及治疗前后肾功能相关指标的变化。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率(95.2%)高于对照组(79.0%),有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗后两组血糖、血压及肾功能指标均有所改善,且观察组UACR、L-FABP改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪贞银翘汤联合坎地沙坦酯用于2型糖尿病肾病患者治疗中,能进一步改善尿UACR、L-FABP水平,增强治疗效果。Objective:Investigate the effect of Qizhen Yinqiao decoction combined with Candesartan Ester on urinary albumin/creatinine(UACR)and urinary liver fatty acid binding protein(L-FABP)in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:December 2017 to June 2019,80 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Control Group(N=38)was treated with Candesartan Medoxomil and the Observation Group(N=42)was treated with Qizhen Yinqiao decoction on the basis of the Control Group for 24 weeks,the clinical curative effect,Blood Sugar and blood pressure control effect and the changes of related indexes of renal function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate(95.2%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(79.0%),there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),the improvement of UACR and L-FABP in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qizhen Yinqiao decoction combined with candesartan MEDOXOMIL can further improve the level of UACR and L-FABP in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
