摘  要:中海油致密气进入大开发阶段,小井眼井身结构的降本增效优势得到广泛应用,为解决在钻井过程中出现固井井漏、固井质量不合格等问题而严重影响后续完井作业的正常进行,从井身结构、水泥浆体系、浆柱结构、施工参数、固井工具等几个方面进行了研究,将井身结构优化为Ф241. 5 mm×Ф193. 7 mm+Ф165. 1 mm×Ф114. 3 mm,将固井水泥浆浆柱结构由两种调整为三种,同时对水泥浆体系、施工参数、固井工具进行优化。现场作业表明,可以有效降低井底ECD,避免固井漏失、有效提高固井质量。The tight gas has entered the stage of large-scale development in CNOOC,it has been widely used due to the advantages of reducing cost and increasing efficiency of slim hole structure.However,in the process of drilling,there are some problems such as lost circulation and unqualified cementing quality,which seriously affect the normal operation of subsequent well completion.In order to solve these problems,the wellbore structure,cement slurry system,slurry column structure,construction parameters and cementing tools are studied.The wellbore structure is optimized to beФ241.5 mm×Ф193.7 mm+Φ165.1 mm×Φ114.3 mm.At the same time,the cement slurry system,construction parameters and cementing tools are optimized.The field operation shows that it can effectively reduce the bottom hole ECD,avoid cementing leakage and effectively improve the cementing quality.
