摘　　要：以第15届世界健美操锦标赛为例,分析单人项目成套动作中操化动作的多种元素,以期探究世界优秀健美操运动员操化动作竞技表现特征。结果表明:艺术分是影响单人项目最终得分的重要分数项;成套拍节单元在25~31个之间,多为28个单元;不对称手臂动作数量、比例、步伐动作数量等与运动员艺术分显著相关。Taking the 15th world aerobics championship as an example,this paper analyzes the various elements of the aerobics movements in the whole set of individual events,so as to explore the characteristics of the aerobics competitive performances of the world’s elite aerobics athletes.The results show that the art score is an important score that affects the final score of individual events.There are 25~31 units in a complete set of beats,most of which are 28 units.The number of asymmetrical arm movements,the proportion of asymmetrical arm movements and the number of gait movements were significantly correlated with the athletes′artistic scores.
