摘　　要：构建企业绿色制造驱动因素的指标体系,在此基础上提出以政府推动、企业主动和公众拉动为主导的三种企业绿色制造动力模式。应用结构方程模型将驱动因素分解为企业绿色制造的影响因素指标量表,并构建企业绿色制造动力因素模型。通过调查问卷获得企业绿色制造动力来源的微观数据,进行结构方程模型的修正和调整,拟合出我国企业绿色制造动力模式的路径图。研究结果表明:我国绿色制造动力模式是以政府推动为主、公众拉动和企业主动为辅的动力模式。在绿色制造的驱动因素中,行政监管力度、政府制度建设水平和消费者对绿色产品的偏好是企业绿色制造的三大驱动力。Firstly,this paper builds an indicator system of driving factors for green manufacturing of enterprises,and on this basis,it puts forward three enterprise green manufacturing power modes led by government promotion,enterprise initiative and public pull.The structural equation model is used to decompose the driving factors into the index scale of influencing factors of the enterprise’s green manufacturing,and construct the enterprise green manufacturing dynamic factor model.Secondly,through the questionnaire to obtain the micro data of the source of green manufacturing power of enterprises,through the revision and adjustment of the structural equation model,the road map of the green manufacturing power mode of Chinese enterprises is fitted.The research results show that:our country’s green manufacturing power model is mainly driven by the government,driven by the public and supplemented by corporate initiatives.Among the driving factors of green manufacturing,the intensity of administrative supervision,the level of government system construction and consumers’preference for green products are the three major driving forces for green manufacturing.
