摘　　要：随着新的一轮科技革命和产业变革的深入发展,我国知识产权人才培养正面临着新的挑战和新的发展格局。当前,我国知识产权人才培养体系已基本具备,各层级各学科的知识产权人才都在培养过程中,但仍存在高层次、国际化人才供给不足,多学科融合不够充分,学生实务能力掌握不足,人才发展机制不健全等问题。因此,本文以“新文科建设”为抓手,探索知识产权人才培养的路径,为全面实施知识产权战略和知识产权强国建设提供智力支持。With a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,China’s intellectual property personnel training is faced up with new challenges and development patterns.At present,China’s intellectual property personnel training system has been basically accomplished,and intellectual property personnel at all levels and disciplines are in the training process.But it still has various problems,such as a shortage of high-level,internationalized personnel supply,insufficient integration of multiple disciplines,students’lack of practical ability and the imperfect mechanism of talent development.Therefore,this paper starts with the new liberal arts construction,explores intellectual property talent training routes,and provides intellectual support for a comprehensive implementation of intellectual property strategy and the intellectual property power construction.
