摘  要:针对在现场安装和成本约束条件下实现用电信息采集系统中用户侧停电状态监测和上传的需求,采用超级电容器作为电能表后备供电的电源元件,保证30 s的后备供电时间;通过电能表工作电源的状态间接判断用户侧停电状态,并辅助检测通信板插接的状态以提升停电状态检测的正确性;采用HPLC高速电力线载波和ZigBee无线传感器网络两种通信手段实现停电状态上传,提高状态上传的成功率。项目设计完成之后,在实验室和用户现场对所实现的功能进行了测试验证,证明了所提技术方案的有效性。For the needs of detecting and uploading of power failure status in the power consumption information acquisition system under the condition of field installation and cost constraints,the super-capacitor is used as the backup power supply component of the watt hour meter to ensure the backup power supply time of 30 s.The customer side power failure status is judged indirectly by the state of the working power supply of the watt hour meter,and the correctness of the power failure state detection is improved by testing the plug-in status of the communication board.High speed power line carrier(PLC)and ZigBee wireless sensor network(WSN)are used to upload power failure status in order to improve the success rate of this status uploading.After the completion of the project design,the functions are tested and verified in the laboratory and user site,which prove the effectiveness of the proposed solution.
