摘 要:针对食品废水有机物浓度高,可生化性好,易腐败酸化的特点,某工程设计采用格栅-隔油-曝气调节-气浮-A/O-MBR组合工艺进行处理,介绍了该组合工艺的流程、主要设计参数及处理效果。运行结果表明,在进水CODCr、 BOD5及SS的质量浓度分别为8 457、 5 058及1 406 mg/L时,经该工艺处理后,CODCr、 BOD5及SS的去除率分别可达95.4%、 98.1%及98.6%,出水各指标均能稳定达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中的三级标准。As food wastewater has characteristics of high organic matters concentration, good biodegradability, and easy to decay and acidification, a combined process of grid-oil separation-aeration adjustment-air flotation-A/O-MBR was designed and adopted for its treatment with the flow, main design parameters and treatment effect introduced. The operation results showed that, when the mass concentrations of CODCr, BOD5 and SS in influent water were 8 457, 5 058, and 1 406 mg/L respectively, the removal rates of the above pollutants by the said process reached 95.4%, 98.1% and 98.6% respectively, which met the requirement of grade 3 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated wastewater discharge standard.
