摘  要:机械加工中产生的含油乳化液废水,具有含油量高,COD浓度高的特点,为保障后续生化处理正常运行,需进行除油预处理。某工程设计采用转鼓收油器-纸带过滤机-陶瓷膜超滤工艺进行除油预处理,介绍了该工艺的处理流程、主要设计参数及处理效果。工程运行结果表明,该工艺对油的去除率大于99%,对COD去除率大于90%,出水水质满足设计要求。As oily emulsification wastewater from machining process has high oil and COD concentrations,to guarantee normal operation of the following biochemical treatment, oil should be removed by pretreatment. A project design adopted drum skimmer-paper tape filter-ceramic membrane ultrafiltration pretreatment process to remove oil, the treatment process, main design parameters and treatment effect of the said process were introduced. The operation results of the project showed that, the removal rates of oil and COD by the said process were above 99% and 90% respectively, the effluent water quality met the design requirement.
