关门岩水库大坝软岩基础渗漏处理技术研究

摘　　要：关门岩水库大坝下部岩基为弱—微透水层,采用防渗帷幕灌浆技术进行防渗处理。依据当地自然资源条件以及工程施工特点,本文研究了防渗帷幕灌浆施工方法、控制指标、工艺流程,并对施工过程以及质量、安全控制的主要措施作了较为详细的阐述。实践证明,按照此方法施工,平均透水率由19.82Lu减少到2.32Lu,溶蚀裂隙中均发现水泥结石,帷幕灌浆效果明显。The lower rock foundation of Guanmenyan Reservoir belongs to weak-micro permeable layer.The anti-seepage curtain grouting technology is used for anti-seepage treatment.The construction method,control index and technological process of anti-seepage curtain grouting are studied in the paper according to the local natural resources conditions and construction characteristics of the project,and the construction process and the main measures of quality and safety control are elaborated in detail.The practice shows that the average water permeability is reduced from 19.82Lu to 2.32Lu according to this method,cement stones are found in the dissolution cracks,and curtain grouting effect is obvious.
