摘　　要：中国共产党领导人民军工在山西的建设发展,历经艰苦卓绝的奋斗,逐渐形成了许多宝贵的制度经验,具体为:坚持党的集中统一领导制度;系统推进生产建设制度;建立专业科研机构和人才培养制度;建立健全工会制度;全面贯彻军民结合制度。这些制度经验对当下推动山西省高质量转型发展具有重要价值:坚持党的全面统一领导;全面协调推动社会经济发展;重视人才培养和科研机构建设;加强思想政治教育工作;统一领导与自主创新相结合发展。Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the construction and development of the people’s military industry in Shanxi Province has gradually formed many valuable institutional experiences after arduous struggle.The specific experiences are:adhering to the centralized and unified leadership system of the Party;systematically promoting the production and construction system;establishing professional scientific research institutions and personnel training system;establishing and improving the labour union system;and comprehensively implementing the system of military civilian integration.These institutional experiences are of great value in promoting the high-quality transformation and development of Shanxi Province:adhering to the Party’s comprehensive and unified leadership;comprehensively and coordinately promoting social and economic development;attaching importance to talent training and scientific research institution construction;strengthening ideological and political education;and combining unified leadership with independent innovation.
