摘  要:目的:探讨超低频电磁场处理水(频谱水)及红外频谱照射(频谱外照)对糖尿病大鼠体重、血糖及肾损伤的干预作用。方法:90只大鼠随机分为5组,每组18只,即正常对照组、模型组(2%STZ 50mg/kg体重腹腔注射,随机血糖≥16.7mmol/L)、频谱水组(STZ+饮用频谱水)、外照组(STZ+频谱外照)、盐酸二甲双胍对照组(STZ+盐酸二甲双胍)。正常对照组与模型组每日灌胃生理盐水,其余各组分别灌胃或进行相应药物治疗。观察大鼠一般状态,每两周测定体重、空腹血糖,饲养8周后取所需组织检测血清中尿素、肌酐、尿酸、24h尿微量白蛋白等指标并观察肾脏病理学改变。结果:糖尿病大鼠进行饮用频谱水或红外频谱照射在一定程度上可以降低糖尿病大鼠模型血清肌酐和尿酸水平,但是不能有效降低24h尿微量白蛋白,并且可以减轻糖尿病大鼠模型的肾小管上皮细胞变性,维持肾小管上皮细胞线粒体与粗面内质网结构。结论:饮用频谱水及频谱外照治疗对糖尿病模型大鼠干预8周后,可减轻大鼠肾小管上皮细胞线粒体、内质网损伤,缓解肾组织病变,降低血清肌酐、尿酸水平,从而起到保护肾脏的作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of ultra low frequency electromagnetic field and spectral radiography treatment on the body weight,blood glucose and kidney injury in diabetic rats.Methods:90 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 18 rats in each group,namely normal control group,model group(2%STZ 50mg/kg body weight,with random blood glucose≥16.7mmol/L),spectral water group(STZ+drinking spectral water),spectral radiography group(STZ+spectral radiography treatment),and hydrochloridemetformin control group(STZ+hydrochloridemetformin).The normal group and the model group were given normal saline daily,and the other groups were given gavage or corresponding drugs and treatments respectively.The general condition of the rats was observed.The body weight and fasting blood glucose were measured every 2 weeks.After feeding for 8 weeks,the required tissues were taken for index detection.The contents of urea,creatinine and uric acid in serum and the content of urinary albumin in 24h urine were detected by light microscope and electron microscope.Results:The diabetic rats with drinking water or radiation spectrum to a certain extent,can reduce diabetic rats model of serum creatinine and uric acid level,but not significantly reduce the 24 h urine trace albumin.Conclusions:Drinking spectral water and spectral rdiography treatment on diabetic model rats after 8 weeks,can reduce rat renal tubular epithelial cell mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum injury,relieve kidney disease and maintain lower levels of serum creatinine and uric acid,to take a protection the kidney function.
