乡村振兴背景下湖南省农业与旅游业耦合协调发展研究

摘　　要：以湖南省14个市州为研究对象构建农业、旅游业评价体系,借助耦合协调度模型对2010—2018年湖南省农业、旅游业耦合协调水平进行研究。结果表明湖南省农业和旅游业发展水平均有所提高且区域差异呈缩小趋势;农业综合水平较高的地区主要分布在湖南省东部经济较发达的地区,存在明显的空间集聚现象,旅游业水平较高的地区为旅游资源丰富地区,在地理空间上随机分布。湖南省农业和旅游业耦合度呈波动上升趋势,经过两者不断的调节和磨合,发展协调度由轻度失调类型上升为勉强协调类型;按照发展协调度水平可将各市州划分为三个梯队:第一梯队包括长沙、郴州、岳阳,第二梯队包括湘潭、张家界、湘西、株洲、衡阳、常德、永州和邵阳,第三梯队包括益阳、怀化、娄底。Taking 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan Province as the research object,this paper constructs the evaluation system of agriculture and tourism,and studies the coupling coordination level of agriculture and tourism in Hunan Province from 2010 to 2018 by using the coupling coordination degree model.The results show that:the development level of agriculture and tourism in Hunan Province has been improved,and the regional differences show a narrowing trend;the areas with higher comprehensive agricultural level are mainly distributed in the economically developed areas in the eastern part of Hunan Province,and there is obvious spatial agglomeration phenomenon;the areas with higher tourism level are rich in tourism resources,and they are randomly distributed in geographical space.The coupling degree of tourism industry shows a fluctuating upward trend.Through the continuous adjustment and running in of the two,the development coordination degree rises from the mild imbalance type to the barely coordinated type;according to the development coordination degree,each city and state can be divided into three echelons.The first echelon includes Changsha,Chenzhou and Yueyang;the second echelon includes Xiangtan,Zhangjiajie,Xiangxi,Zhuzhou,Hengyang,Changde,Yongzhou and Shaoyang;the third echelon includes Yiyang,Huaihua and Loudi。
