多工位转盘系统间歇性高速运动的瞬态动力学分析

摘　　要：多工位转盘系统是转盘式测试分选设备的关键部件,其间歇式高速转动产生的惯性激励力会引起转盘支撑臂顶端吸笔的振动,从而影响转盘系统的整定时间。通过对支撑臂在间歇式惯性激励力作用下的瞬态动力学分析,计算出支撑臂顶端吸笔的振动响应。通过有限元软件计算出以转动惯量最小化为设计目标的原转盘结构在运动停止后的振动响应过大,导致了设备后续工作流程的滞后;因此,对转盘结构进行改进,并对转盘结构改进前后的振动数据进行对比。结果表明,吸笔振动大幅减小,满足了设备高速分选的节拍要求。The multi-station turntable system is a key part of the turntable test and sorting equipment.The inertial excitation force generated by the intermittent high-speed rotation causes the vibration of the suction pen at the top of the turntable support arm,which affects the adjusting time of the turntable system.By analyzing the transient dynamics of the support arm under intermittent inertial excitation force,the vibration response of the suction pen at the top of the support arm was calculated.The original structure of the turntable was designed based on the goal of minimizing the moment of inertia.After the turntable stopped moving,the vibration response of the original turntable calculated by the finite element software was too large,lagging the subsequent work of the equipment.Therefore,the structure of the turntable was improved,and the vibration data before and after the turntable structure improvement were compared.The result shows that the vibration of the suction pen is greatly reduced,which meets the requirements of the high-speed sorting of the equipment.
