摘 要:为了保证过盈连接的可靠性,分析影响过盈连接可靠性的各因素并对最小过盈量进行修正。采用Workbench软件分析圆盘-轴和齿轮-轴相同过盈量的接触应力大小,圆盘-轴的接触应力与理论计算结果几乎一致,但齿轮-轴的接触应力与理论计算结果相差较大,得出公式法计算的接触应力仅适用于厚壁圆筒结构。分析过盈连接件在离心力和高温作用下的接触应力与等效应力,变化趋势与理论计算推测一致。基于公式法和有限元法,考虑各因素对过盈连接的影响,提出一种求实际过盈量取值范围的方法,使得过盈连接更为可靠,为过盈连接的设计提供一种新思路。In order to ensure the reliability of the interference connection,it starts from theory to analyze the factors that affect the reliability of the interference connection and correct the minimum interference.Workbench software was used to analyze the contact stress of the disk-shaft and gear-shaft at the same interference.The contact stress of the disk-shaft was almost consistent with the theoretical calculation result,but the gear-shaft contact stress differed greatly,the contact stress calculated by the formula was only applicable to thick-walled cylindrical structures.The changes of the contact stress and equivalent stress of the interference connectors under the centrifugal force and high temperature were analyzed respectively.Based on the formula method and the finite element method,a method was proposed to find the value range of the actual interference.This method was taken into account the influence of various factors on the interference,which making the interference connection more reliable and providing an idea for the design of interference connection.
