摘　　要：介绍了金川集团股份有限公司环集烟气脱硫废液的特点,并从压滤机机型、过滤面积和数量、滤布材质及脱硫废液输送管道材质等方面进行了分析,提出了板框压滤机及管道材质的选型建议:安装2台过滤面积150 m^(2)的嵌入式密封隔膜板框式压滤机,配套使用涤纶单丝缎纹滤布,同时选用玻璃钢材质的输送管道。上述板框压滤机和输送管道的选用有利于缓解废水处理系统的运行负荷,降低设备故障率,减少跑冒滴漏事故的发生,保障脱硫废液的正常处理。The characteristic of the desulfurization waste liquid from environmental smoke collection and treatment system in Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.is introduced.The filter press model,the filter area and quantity,the filter cloth material and the material of the desulfurization waste liquid conveying pipeline are analyzed.The selection suggestions of the plate-and-frame filter press and the pipeline material are put forward:two sets of filter area of 150 m^(2) are installed,the embedded sealed diaphragm frame filter press is equipped with polyester monofilament satin filter cloth,and the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline is selected.The selection of the plate-and-frame filter press and the conveying pipeline is conducive to relieving the operation load of the wastewater treatment system,reducing the failure rate of the equipments,reducing the occurrence of running,falling,dripping and leaking accidents,and ensuring the normal treatment of the desulfurization waste liquid.
