摘  要:医联体建设,是深化医改的重要步骤和制度创新,如何建立与医联体相适应的绩效分配考核机制,调动积极性、主动性、创新性,实现医联体建设工作目标。佛山市第一人民医院禅城医院,运用预算控制总量,建立健全绩效分配考核方案,落实月度考核、中层责任目标考核、年度考核等,积极发挥绩效分配考核的指挥棒作用,促进优质医疗资源共享和下沉,持续改进服务质量,促进学科发展,提升服务能力,实现合作共赢,推动基层医院高质量发展。The construction of medical association is an important step and system innovation to deepen the medical reform,and the focus is on how to establish the performance distribution and evaluation mechanism fitted to the medical union,mobilize enthusiasm,initiative and innovation,and achieve the goal of the construction of medical union.Chancheng Hospital of Foshan First People’s Hospital uses budget to control the total amount,establishes and improves the performance distribution assessment scheme,implements monthly assessment,middle-level responsibility target assessment and annual assessment,actively plays the command role in performance distribution assessment,promotes the sharing and practical use of high-quality medical resources,continuously improves service quality,promotes discipline development and improves service so as to promote the highquality development of primary hospitals.
