摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环对PET/CT检查过程中患者配合程度的影响。方法按入组条件筛选2019.8-2019.10来我院PET/CT中心检查的患者90例,按月份先后顺序8月30例患者为对照组,给予常规检查前宣教;9月30例患者为观察组Ⅰ,给予第一轮PDCA循环管理干预;10月30例患者为观察组Ⅱ,给予第二轮PDCA循环管理干预。依次对比两组患者在胃肠道准备、检查体位、检查中止动情况。结果经过第一轮PDCA循环管理干预之后:观察组Ⅰ患者胃肠道准备总充盈率为83.33%高于对照组的70.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),检查体位总依从率86.67%高于对照组的76.67%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),检查中止动良好、图像总融合率90.00%高于对照组80.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过第二轮PDCA循环管理干预之后:观察组Ⅱ患者胃肠道准备总充盈率为96.67%高于观察组Ⅰ的83.33%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组Ⅱ检查体位总依从率96.67%高于观察组Ⅰ的86.67%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组Ⅱ检查中止动良好、图像总融合率93.33%高于对照组90.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理可以明显提高PET/CT患者检查过程中依从性,提升检查效率,保证检查质量。Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle management on patient cooperation in PET examination.Methods 90 patients who were examined in the PET/CT center from August 2019 to October 2019 were recruited.30 patients examined in August were treated as control group and given regular pre-examination education;30 patients examined in September were treated as observation group I and given the first round of PDCA cycle management;and 30 patients examined in October were treated as observation groupⅡand given the second round of PDCA cycle management.Gastrointestinal preparation,examination postural and forbid movement of the three groups were compared.Results After the first round of PDCA cycle management intervention,the total rate of gastrointestinal preparation in observation groupⅠwas 83.33%,higher than 70.00%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).86.67%of observation groupⅠwas in compliance with examination postural,higher than 76.67%for the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The same thing happens in the imaging fusion quality,90.00%higher than 80.00%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And after the second round of PDCA cycle management intervention:Observation groupⅡwas higher than Observation groupⅠin the total rate of gastrointestinal and in compliance with examination postural;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).But in the imaging fusion quality in both groups was essentially the same,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management can significantly improve the patient compliance during PET/CT examination process and improved the efficiency and quality of examination.
