摘　　要：目的了解临床和医技科研骨干科研能力现状,分析制约科研能力的主要影响因素,并提出针对性建议。方法以首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院临床和医技科研骨干为研究对象,通过问卷调查方法获取科研能力水平现状。将科研能力分为低水平、中等水平和高水平,采用χ^(2)检验和有序多分类Logistic回归模型进行影响因素分析。结果34.3%的临床医生和医技科研骨干科研能力处于低水平,51.2%的人员处于中等水平,14.6%的人员处于高水平。职称、文化程度、科研工作态度和参加培训及学习次数是科研能力水平的主要影响因素。结论我院临床和医技科研骨干的科研能力水平处于中等偏低水平,受诸多因素影响。医院应从政策引导管理、推进平台建设、积极探索实践和重视组织培训四个方面着手提高科研能力水平。Objective To understand the current situation of the scientific research ability of clinical staff and medical technicians to analyze the main influencing factors and reasons,and discuss relevant suggestions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain the status of scientific research ability of clinical staff and medical technicians in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Capital Medical University.Scientific research ability is defined at three levels:low level,medium level and high level.Chi-square test and Ordinal Logistic Regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors.Results 34.3%of clinical staff and medical technicians in the scientific research ability was at a low level,51.2%at middle and 14.6%at a high level.Ordinal Logistic Regression analysis showed that there was a significant relation between job title,education level,scientific research attitude,training frequency and scientific research ability.Conclusion The level of scientific research ability of clinical staff and medical technicians in our hospital is at a medium level and tends to be at low level,which is influenced by many factors.The hospital should improve the level of scientific research ability by policy,platform,practice and training.
