钉钉平台在医院药品采购信息化管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨钉钉平台在医院药品采购管理中的应用效果。方法分别收集2018—2019年钉钉平台参与药品采购管理前后相关数据,比较参与前后药品采购效率,审批效率及药品配送服务质量的差异。结果在药品采购管理中引入钉钉平台,药品交付率较实施前有明显提高(P<0.05),审批时间较实施前明显缩短(P<0.05),药品配送服务质量较实施前有较大改善(P<0.05)。结论钉钉平台的引入提升了药品采购信息化管理水平,提高了采购工作效率,节约了时间成本,改善了药品配送服务质量。Objective To explore the application effects of ding-talk in hospital drug procurement management.Methods The data before and after the implementation of ding-talk platform to manage drug procurement from January to December2018 and January to December 2019 were collected respectively,and the differences in drug procurement efficiency,approval efficiency,and supplier service quality before and after implementation were compared.Results With the introduction of ding-talk in medicine procurement management,the delivery rate of medicine was higher than before(P<0.05),the approval time was shorter than before implementation(P<0.05),and the service quality of suppliers was better than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of ding-talk promotes the drug information management,and it also increases the efficiency of Procurement,saves time cost,and improves the service quality of suppliers.
